Hand Painted Edition-Tea Time Bloom-Limited 20-Special Price for Creammm.t x Shizico Yi collab
Tea Time Bloom is a rare hand-painted limited edition by contemporary artist Shizico Yi, created on a deluxe matte-finish giclée aluminium panel.
Each edition is 90% hand-painted with Shizico’s hand mixed oil, gesso, and acrylic—every colour hand-mixed, every surface individually worked, signed, and numbered by the artist. No two editions are the same; each is a semi-original.
Only 20 hand-painted editions will ever be produced.
The materials and production quality match those used by HENI for Francis Bacon editions (Feb 2025)—prints valued at over £10,000 for a set of three panels.
About the painting
In Tea Time Bloom, Shizico Yi paints an imaginative English cottage garden—dreamlike, tranquil, and full of gentle delight. With expressive brushwork and her signature visual language, the painting becomes not just a landscape, but a doorway into reverie.
Commissioned by Creammm.t, a prestigious artisan bakery in Taiwan, this artwork was created for their scone and lemon tart packaging—an homage to the charm of English teatime traditions.
In Shizico’s words:
*“I wanted to capture the serene joy of an English cottage garden.
Rare lemon trees—unusual in Britain—bloom beside iconic English roses.
This pairing is whimsical, a blend of the familiar and the fantastical. With a gentle palette, I hoped to evoke the scent of blossoms,
the warmth of spring sunlight, and the simple pleasure
of a moment shared over cream tea.Ultimately, I want this painting to invite stillness, beauty, fun, and everyday joy.”*
— Shizico Yi, Summer 2025, U.K.
